Pricing Policy – Book your travel
The quoted prices are applicable only if your journey begins or ends in Dublin, Galway or Shannon.
Additional Fees: If your pickup or drop-off location is outside of Dublin, Galway or Shannon, an additional fee may apply.
Hourly hire includes 20 km of travel per hour booked. If you exceed the included distance or time, additional charges will apply.
By-the-hour bookings must conclude in the same city where they started. For trips between cities, please book a one-way transfer instead.
Guest and Luggage Capacity
Service Denial: For safety reasons, it is important to adhere to the specified guest and luggage capacities of the vehicle. Chauffeurs reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle is over capacity, so please ensure you choose an appropriate vehicle size for your group and luggage.
Customer-requested cancellation
Please note: In the event of a customer-requested cancellation, any payment processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal are non-refundable. Only the net amount received (excluding these fees) will be refunded.

Booking Procedures and Last Minute Bookings
Booking Procedures and Last-Minute Bookings DM Executive Line accepts all online bookings up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. For bookings required within less than 24 hours, please contact our customer service team directly at +353 87 909 7032. We will check availability and do our best to accommodate your request.
Booking Confirmation
As soon as you complete the booking process, a confirmation page will appear. You will also receive an email with your booking details and Reference Number. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
Booking Cancellation
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your booking, you will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will always do our best to prevent such situations.
